No two people are exactly alike - neither are two workers.  The only way to maximize efficiency and open discussions are for organizations to have ongoing and measured conversations. N-Gauge works with organizations on a micro and macro level to allow for multi-directional communication between owners, managers, employees, and every individual therein. HR managers can use the N-Gauge program to gain invaluable feedback from all levels of the organization.

Yet the process doesn’t stop there. Gathering feedback is only step one of the process. HR and management can then show employees that their feedback is valued

This is done by listening, and quickly responding to employee questions and concerns, sharing employee feedback across the system, and measuring the behaviors and mindsets that make up the culture.  We recommend companies start with measures of Inclusion, Trust and Growth Mindset.

Instead of viewing Thrive as a shot in the arm, we prefer to think of these products as a way for organizations to continuously self-monitor and self-improve. The lifecycle of a typical N-Gauge participant might look something like this:

STRATEGY & DESIGN (FIRST 2 WEEKS):

In this phase, the Thrive team works with organizational leaders and the HR department to identify measurables and goals. This is largely information gathering, but it also might involve opening up communication with various team leaders to begin organizational engagement.

CUSTOM PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT (SECOND 2 WEEKS):

REPORTING, ANALYSIS, FEEDBACK LOOP (ONGOING):

This part of the process is all about keying in on what matters most to your organization. The goal here is to create questions which will deliver transparent answers, deep thinking, and deep engagement from all personnel.

N-Gauge is launched and all appropriate individuals are brought into the program. This is where the first feedback loop comes into play, as responses will drive future decisions, future questions, and much more. Organizations can opt for single session, weekly, monthly, or quarterly actions.
